We support multiple payment methods including T/T, PayPal, and Western Union. Typically 50% deposit with balance before shipment. Long-term customers can apply for more flexible credit terms.
Yes. We can provide samples of existing products for quality confirmation. Samples are usually free, customers only need to pay for shipping. Custom samples require a mold fee, which can be refunded after the mass production order reaches a certain quantity.
Customization process: Requirement discussion → Quotation → 3D design/drawing confirmation → Mold making & sampling → Sample confirmation → Mass production → Quality inspection → Shipment. A dedicated specialist follows up throughout.
Shipping costs vary based on product volume, weight, and destination. We offer multiple trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP, supporting sea, air, and express shipping. Please provide the destination address for us to calculate the exact cost.
